A chilling presentation by retired Col. Richard Black at the Schiller Institute conference on Sept. 5 was titled "Do We Risk a Military Coup?" Black laid out the indications that plans to do that are underway, and are being discussed openly by top former military officials. And for what purpose? To prevent President Trump from acting to end the "endless wars" of the Bush and Obama administrations, wars which would be continued should Biden be elected! In his Labor Day press conference, Trump launched a clear verbal assault on those in the Pentagon who "want to do nothing but fight wars."

The riots and chaos unleashed in American cities, under the fraudulent cover of battling for "social justice", may be a harbinger of what the anti-Trump forces intend to unleash if Trump defeats Biden in November. Following their convention, during which the Democrats affirmed their hatred for, and fear of Donald Trump, Nancy Pelosi demonstrated a new level of hysteria, calling Trump and the Republicans "enemies of the state"! This idiocy goes beyond "party politics", reflecting instead a desperation to protect the failed system of geopolitical strategic confrontations and provocations (e.g., "endless wars"), and neoliberal economics, which deindustrialized the U.S. through radical "free market" policies, and imposed a speculative, casino economy, which benefits only the most wealthy.
