Aging is uncomfortable for some, but a necessity of life. The true question is not how to bet it, but "how to" do it gracefully. In this episode, Dr. K interviews Dr. Chanee Fabius, a gerontologist and health services researcher on "how to" age gracefully. It's not about the number related to our age, but the care needed to live life to its fullest. Dr. Fabius has an interdisciplinary background consisting of training in gerontology, human development and family studies, and public health. Her research informs aging and disability policies to reduce health care disparities and improve health equity for older adults and people with disabilities using long-term services and supports. She works to strengthen supports for older adults, family caregivers, and the home care workforce.

Even the word "committing" seems to make some people break out in swear, let alone the action. Well, what if committing is less about the action and more about the mindset. Think about this, are you still trying to figure out why you start a project, but can't remain committed to complete it? Commitment seems to be a dirty or sometimes scary word for many. We want to reach our goals, but it seems we fall short because it seems hard to figure out "how to" manage time, resources, or effort. Well, what if it's neither one of those reasons. What if the reason you can't remain committed is something more personal, much less complicated. In this episode, I share points on how to overcome the fear of commitment so you can complete a task or goal. Listen to five ways to answer the question of "How to" become more committed. Additionally, I share my 3 signature Propelling Points - personal point, process point, and pioneer point. Remember to propel to purpose and use your influence to create a positive impact.
