In this episode, I share a real story that every real estate investor needs to hear. A tenant filed a completely false injury claim against one of my properties — and despite having proof, documentation, and even witness statements, the insurance company still decided to settle.

This situation exposed how vulnerable investors really are when it comes to lawsuits, liability, and how little protection your insurance may actually give you.
