Today's episode, it's the three of us AGAIN! What a delight to your ears hah! When we say we talk about random stuff, we mean, we really do in this episode, from talking about the football championship game (soz lads, it went home to Rome but we are bloody proud of them) and to being a globe-trotting episode and finding out our audience reach!! We are so shocked in a grateful way with the results!!
Happy Monday #PropertyJammers! For today's episode, we talked about our co-hostie Jo and Niall and their flatpack adventure on a Sunday afternoon. We also did a google roulette where Matt googled articles about what's the news on the UK property industry and it was such a blast exchanging opinions and views about it.
Lovely Monday #PropertyJammers! Our new episode is out now! We had a lovely and full of learnings with this one plus we also have in the house, the man, the myth, the legend from Salford, Neil Walton of The HMO guys! Neil Walton is a lovely friend of ours, in the past life, he was once a regional manager of a recruitment agency and realised he is good in letting properties so he flipped the switch and lo and behold, The HMO guys is born.
Happy Monday #PropertyJammers! Today's episode is a really interesting one and we have none other than, our lovely, Salla Raine of Scott Baker Properties. Salla is the Creative Director of Scott Baker Properties for two wonderful years and counting… She is a dog person and she has a gentle giant of a dog named Bamsy. She also talked about her experiences of having a dog whilst renting out. Well, it has its pros and cons and it surely made us think!
Happy Monday everyone! It's episode drop time and today it's only the three of us just like the old times. We get down and human with this one. Property is down right stressful sometimes so we chat about how to value your own time, taking a break if needed, to gain fresh ideas and look at things through new lens. We also asked each other, who's the most essential part of our team? To find out our answers, make sure to tune in to this episode now.
What day is it today? Oh, you know what it is, It's Monday so it means NEW EPISODE for you people!!
Joining us in this episode, We got double trouble in the house, it's Alex Baker (no relation to Matt lol) and for the second time around it's Max Rayner. They started their company last 2017 named it after their late father, hence Stuart Clinton Property. When they first started in Property, their main focus is on high-end HMOs and co-living spaces but recently they shifted their focus on supported living and care homes. Their big and wonderful mission is to house 200 people by 2025.
Today we were joined by another wonderful guest who is doing great in property, the one and only Sean Boyce of Lime Property Group!
Started in property when he was 19 years old with his very passionate mother. Having a mom who's on your side and who always makes things work is an essential combination of a power team, they nailed it!
Sean purchased his first investment with 4 credit cards and a bank loan. Super excited to replace his monthly income with the cashflow, the opposite happened. Turned out that he invested in the wrong area, made the wrong strategy, hired the wrong people, couldn't get it more wrong.
Catch how he managed to rebuild himself up from this failure equipped with all the learnings.
Heya! We are welcoming another lovely couple today on the podcast which is not the usual property couple we have; they are Jo's neighbor who's been doing renovations above her unit for the past 7 months! Whaaat!?
Since they've been all over Jo's head for the past 7 months giving her the lovely sounds of drilling, hammering, and all sorts of noises, why not invite them on the podcast, eh!? HAHAHA! Who would've thought right!?
This is one hilarious episode that you wouldn't want to miss. Find out how they manage to become friends after all!
We're very excited to share today's episode with you with just the three of us.
Yes! Today, there's no special guest but you know what happens when it's just us right!? - Pure fun and insane conversation about property and completely irrelevant stuff!
A good catch up on business strategies, personality development, current properties, mental health and literally anything under the sun that we knew you could totally relate to.
Today we are joined by another courageous and wonderful guest, Claire Sheehan of My PDA (Property Developers Assistance) the she developed last January 2020.
Her business is built within her passion of helping property developers on their financial commitments when it comes to developments, finding deals, analysing deals making sure there are no mistakes in numbers.
Claire has been through a life-changing illness and instead of making her weak, this makes her even more stronger and dedicated in her purpose.
Find out more about how she managed to survive the challenges and how this makes her enjoy life even more, part of it is with Matt & Niall who's been around with Claire seeing the best (and worst!?) of her life!
