Today, we were joined by another wonderful guest, the one and only Raquel Queral!

Raquel arrived in the UK in 1998 having only ham and cheese on her suitcase and shortly after her arrival, she suddenly got into rent to rent without even realising it! Since then, she continues to be on the property business.

For the past 10 years she have raised over 12 million pounds of investment money and made 1.2 million profit for investors and housed over a thousand individuals.

Her vision is to inspire every landlord to become more sustainable being The Green Landlady herself.

Caught up in the corporate world, they started to wonder... 'If I have a gun in my head and had to become totally financially free after 6 months, how will I do it?'

From that question, they got into property investing and since then, they were able to live the life they want for their family. From the stressful, high-pressured and hectic corporate world, they were able to meditate, exercise, relax and spend time with their family and friends. All these while managing their property business 1 hour a month!??
