Today we delve into property to the max with dear friend of the Property Jam podcast, Max Rayner of Stuart Clinton Property. Max has been a property investor for about 4 years now where he started a company with his best friend Alex at just 23 years old. Their company is named after their fathers who both sadly passed away but have been HUGE emotional drivers in their investing journeys. Now, more than anything, they are very passionate about holding a legacy in their names and giving back to important causes one mental health through their developments. They are committed to providing high-end HMOs and co-living space ships… Wait, what!?

Our very special guest for today is @xuan_stevenson who shares about her excellent track record in buying properties from dead people. Whaat!??

She's fond of doing refubs so she buys properties that are not maintained or have been left out, in this case, by dead people and turn it into wonderful homes.

Xuan used to work with an investment bank in Central London but struggles to make time for her daughter. Finding out the best solution to her current situation, she lands on property and didn't leave since then.

What started as a necessity turned into a journey of passion and a lot of adventure. This lady is truly unbelievable!

Today, we're on with another special guest, no other than Louise Reynolds of Property Ventures! We delve into how she started property having everything planned out with a business partner then eventually left all alone when her partner backed out the very last minute.

Having a background in marketing, sales and management consultancy, she relied more on her supposed partner on the property side. But even without a partner who has foundation in property, she just went all the way with it and still give it a go! Her WHY is stronger than any of her fears!

Oh, you have to listen to her story of the frogs in her toilet. We are in total shock! What did she do!? What would ya do!?

Vee started the property then Bee comes in, at the beginning, Bee feels like she is the assistant and Vee is more of the boss. But with proper strategy of assigning roles to each other focusing on their strengths; Bee on the design and Vee on the paperwork, they got organised and scaled up! WINNING!!!

We also venture into some questionable landscaping gutter humour so if 'trimming bushes' and 'guilty pleasures' are ya thing then you gotta tune in!!!

Another week, another episode AND another lockdown!?

Oh, let's face it, it was inevitable! But how will it be different to lockdown 1.0? Are we more prepared this time? Or is it just business as usual now?

We get into this. For us it does feel different. It feels like a lot of the fear has subsided and we know how to adjust and slip back into homebound(ish) living.

BUT we also talk about the opportunities and the positive stuff that this lockdown brings based on all the good stuff the last lockdown created. In business, property and personal development, lockdown 1.0 was a unique time for many to grow – so why should lockdown 2.0 be any different, right????

Jane got her foundation after working initially with a German real estate company and several jobs in property subsequently.
