Chris gives his legal advice on this month's query comes from Siva of Subang Jaya:
"A friend of mine lives in an apartment in PJ for nearly 20 years now. Currently he and the rest of the residents are in a legal battle with the management. This is the reason why:
-the manangement, after 20 years, now have decided to charge for parking
-they said that there is nothing in black and white to show that the parking lots were assigned to residents
Surely if this has gone on for 20 years, it would count for something? Doesn't the status quo account for something??"
