Hour 1: Dr. Kevin Cannard, a neurologist specializing in treating Parkinson’s disease, has visited the White House eight times within the past eight months. The California secretary of state assigned proposition numbers to the measures on Wednesday after the Legislature added two more bond proposals to the ballot.
