Michael is a veteran sales leader and brought to Inhabit IQ over 20 years of multifamily experience in online leasing and background screening. His management efforts have helped apartment owners and managers effectively increase efficiencies, drive revenue and reduce operating costs while meeting or exceeding KPI’s within the organizations. He holds a BS in Business Administration from Western Kentucky University. Outside of work, Michael maintains an active lifestyle with his wife in Southern California and welcomed their first child in September of 2021.
