Finally some plot development! In these chapters we see some movement along in the story while still getting supplemented with helpful background information on characters and relationships.

Welcome to our third text! This book is a bit shorter than our previous texts, so if you have struggled getting through hour+ long episodes, this text may be the one for you. This book caused a lot of controversy when it was first released due to the “radical” feminist ideals it promoted that women were human and had their own interests instead of being compartmentalized into “wife” or “mother”. In these chapters we meet some of our main characters and set the scene for the tale.

The end! Finally! We finally get some closure on what happens to Heathcliff, Cathy, Hareton, as well as Ms. Dean. We also get to see Mr. Lockwood again and kind of experience his shock at the ending too!

Wowza okay we only have one more episode left and Emily stays throwing us curveball after curveball. These chapters are kind of hard to read, but it only leaves me more confused and curious how this tale will end.

In these chapters we get to see more character development in both Linton and Cathy, but we also see the beginnings of both of their downfalls, as well as Mr. Linton’s

These chapters give us more background into Linton and his character, as well as Cathy and her development without her mother, but we are left on another cliffhanger episode! What will happen next?

If the last few chapters were not enough pizzazz for you, these chapters certainly should be! I can’t even believe that so much has happened and I am extremely curious to see where we will go from here.

Holy cow are we absolutely thrown for a loop with these chapters. I have so many more questions now than I did before!! We see the beginning of the end for Catherine, Isabella’s new calamity, and Mr. Linton’s inability to take responsibility, just to name a few.

These two chapters give us more backstory from Ms. Dean about our core characters, but we are still left with a lot of questions about what happened from there and how to catch up to the present day at Wuthering Heights

This episode we hear more from Ms. Dean about the back story of the characters, as well as get a glimpse into how their childhoods may be impacting their adult lives. Another cliff hanger episode, did Ms. Dean make the right choice at the end??
