Most people play the game of life to NOT lose A, B, C!
They don’t know this…. this is unconscious.
And this sneaky mental attitude keeps repeating through their whole life.
Successful people play to win. They don’t focus on what they could possibly lose.
They focus on the gains and the positive outcomes they set for themselves.
1. Your goals might be too small.
2. You send mixed messages out to the Universe.
3. You have a poor attitude.
4. You don’t trust in yourself.
5. Scarcity mindset.
6. You might try to avoid problems.
Don’t avoid problems! Instead…grow bigger than your problems.
When you evolve, your problems dissolve!
You can only evolve when you work through your subconscious programs.

What is a trigger?
Negative emotions. Angry outbursts. Non-centered behaviors. A person who pisses you off. A hurtful comment. Disrespectful treatment. And the list goes on…
What causes a trigger?
1. Trapped beliefs (limiting beliefs) that keep recreating a reality that you don’t want. Eliminate the limiting belief and your reality will shift. Keep calibrating because there might be several of those limiting beliefs. i.e. “I don’t matter.” “I am unlovable”… there are many more.
2. A. Inner conflicts. We have lots of these. This is where you feel your situation is compromised.
A. There is a part of your that wants to do something, but you cannot do it because there is a situation which disallows it to happen.
B. There is something that is important to you, but you cannot do it because______ (your answers go here).
These are many inner conflicts in the mind, and there are techniques to integrate them.
3. You have unintegrated shadows which act up and act out through you. They are requesting awareness and resolution.
Any time, we feel a trigger, we are not in alignment with higher Universal laws. That is why the pain.
What is the mirror effect?
Somebody or a something outside triggers us, you can notice a negative emotion in us, we feel angered, there is fear in us, it creates judgment in us, creates frustration in us…etc.
This is one of the biggest missing pieces for people and without knowing how to decode these, there is no healing or evolution possible!
This is what I have been teaching and saying for many years. I listed a few key points above and talked about them in this presentation.
Whatever bothers us in others, it is in us in the unconscious. We need to learn to use the mirror effect not to blame and be a victim, but to find the real message in it and heal ourselves.
Once you find the correct root cause to heal, your triggers vanish like they never existed.
If we do not address them, we get sick, we create karma, we create adverse life circumstances, we shrink, we become timid and lose our self-esteem, we become self-sacrificial and angry, we develop health, money and relationship issues….and the list goes on.
We have many, many of these unhealed and unresolved conflicts. Most of them are not evident and visible in the beginning. These are called layers.
Reach out if you need help with these things. I also have online courses where I teach how to find the real issues, the root causes of the problem and what techniques to use so that the trigger goes away and you.

Can you really trust your feelings? The short answer is NO!
Most people who want to rely only on their "feeling" in order to make decisions will self-sabotage and ruin their lives.
Their emotions are not accurate indicators of the truth! Their emotions are tainted by unresolved past memories, beliefs and shadow stories.
Because people have not worked through thein inner mind's stuff, their decision will come from a distorted and tainted place.
Important stuff! Take a listen!
Cavett Robert described the definition of character:
“Character is the ability to carry out a good resolution, long after the excitement of the moment has passed.”
You don’t want to do it because the excitement of the moment has passed and you can’t feel it any longer?
This is a huge saboteur and also a character flaw!
You don’t need to constantly feel excited in order to do something!
But once you have a commitment, you have the generate the energy for it!
By you not taking the next step, you automatically set yourself up for failure!
The answer is: Do the thing you were supposed to do anyway, and the feeling will return.
And once you do that, you will feel the excitement again. And you will also keep your commitments and through that you’ll increase your worth and value.
Ralph Waldo Emerson said: “Do thing and you will have the power.
