Are you looking for a good way to introduce your child to a social media account?  Facebook has a Safety Center, with everything from policies to Parent and Youth.  Portals at your fingertips!  This is a great place to start together before creating those accounts, or to take a moment to review, even if you already have an account!

We often provide safety information about specific apps or functions, but maybe you are looking for more general safety settings across the board.  Check out this episode to hear about the types of parental monitoring and safety settings that are built in to both iPhones and Android phones to help!

There's now information to suggest that our pets get a little bummed out when we ignore them in lieu of screen time.  If we think about it, this isn't surprising - so let's remember to consider how this impacts our children, our loved ones, and ourselves as well.  Set those screen time limits, and stick to them!!
