There's an eerie sense of deja-vu in the US city of Minneapolis... where spontaneous protests are once again breaking out over the death of one of its residents at the hands of a law enforcement officer.

37 year-old Renee Nicole Good was shot dead by an officer the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency less than a mile from where George Floyd was murdered by a police officer in 2020.
