Your beliefs my beliefs our beliefs attract people who act exactly the way we believe so we can gain confirmation for our beliefs or sometimes we behave in a way that turns off the person and triggers a behavior from that person to confirm our beliefs because our beliefs seek can confirmation to stay alive to be alive when you think see I was right you go into self protective mode and think the world and people are cruel or evil forgetting that you created that Because you needed the confirmation that you were right

Our past whether we like it or not are a part of us. In order to know the ending of a story you must start from the beginning who are you? Where you come from? What have you been thought? Or what have you learned? all those add up to who you are today and where you’re today? If you’re satisfied than with where you are great but if you aren’t then there’s work to do instead of rejecting and fighting our past we must learn to accept that what has happened was here to teach us to helps us learn and grow and not to destroy us or hold us prisoner and with that comes peace with the past and release from our self made prison of condemnation. Who does God, Allah, Buddha or whom ever you pray to say you are? Well from Bible God says you are his own treasured possession, his lavishly loved child, he knows every hair on your head and every tear you cry, he writes your name on the palm of his hands, God knows you, and calls you “mine.” Translation you’re special, you’re valued and valuable, you’re loved and protected, you’re wanted, you belong, you’re important and interesting to the divine, to your creator and you’re worthy of all the good things life has to offer

Last I took an L but tonight I bounced back

Everyone place in our lives by the divine is a teacher here to teach us valuable lessons about ourselves and others to help us become the greatest highest version of ourselves but that can only happen if we let them in and trust the process but most of us refuse because of pain the fear of being hurt again, betrayed again, let down again so we bottle it all in build fortresses to protect us and in the end we end up locked in and alone while everyone one else has move on... in order to embrace our new born infant one must go through labor pain and stitches yet once the process is done you don’t even remember the hurt all you feel is the joy of holding your baby. Growth is painful, healing is painful but like labor if you go through the pain in the end the reward is freedom, peace, forgiveness and success. Hope you enjoy love and light

Dealing with lack of commitment, lack of communication or just tired of his or her immaturity and irresponsible, we all deserve to have a healthy and functional relationship.
