In this episode, we discuss the alleged changes in the MLB Rawling ball. Kevin points out the MLB actually owns Rawlings Baseballs. We then move into athletic sustainability. We talk about the different results, training, and coaching of pre and post-pubescent athletes. The Question of the Week asks about when to listen to "pain". Kevin puts up a very disheartening picture to answer the question. The picture is a fresh avulsion fracture of a 15-year-old's elbow. The gang discusses that training should help prevent these types of questions and injuries. WWYDT focuses on coaches who publicly yell at their players.

We start today's show talking about COVID-19 and the upcoming major-league baseball season restrictions and non-restrictions on fans attending games. Kevin goes into great detail about a very misinformed and alleged hitting instructor about a Twitter war he had. Kevin had responded to a tweet from a division one college baseball coach that essentially promoted hitting the ball on the ground if you do not know how to hit home runs. That statement was successfully attacked by Mike and Ryan with data for major-league baseball. The link is below. Our "why would you do that" Shows an instructor doing a drill that's supposedly focusing on hand coordination but really is teaching the student to go around the baseball. Kevin chimes in that the drill is actually harmful to the student's knee as he is doing this drill.
