It's February... Black History Month 2022 . Let's celebrate, honor and support.

Today I talk about levels of "the push through" (a Shontra'ism) required for a black woman leader in her corporate journey to the C-Suite. This talk is on FIRE, featuring global tech leader, Michelle Greene. 

We even talk about a black woman's role as mommy, god-mommy, auntie, nanny... and how we carefully raise our young to be optimistic but careful... as the harsh realities of bias and racism rear its ugly head. We talk about choosing LOVE ❤️
