My conversation with Maissa is a BALL of ENERGY JUICE! FOR REAL! 

We travel to Nazareth (YES, Israel) to spend time in conversation with Maissa. 

... We get a taste of culture through her shared experiences leading as an executive, and also going back to the beginning to learn about her upbringing in a diverse community of Jewish, Arab, Christian, Muslim and Druze (unique religious and ethnic group).... 

I really loved hearing her perspective on commitment to community, and the acceptance of everyone; accepting culture - food, language, dress, and, and, and....

Maissa incorporates this diverse thinking into her own leadership style. She even has personal approaches to stay as clear of bias, and open as possible... sorry newscasters, she says don't watch news... go old school with radio listening and personal research. 

Do you know what she says is our FIRST JOB in life... to get to know ourselves.... 

Do you know this Mama tells her babies that she MUST love her oneself 1st in order to fully love them.... 

Maissa's lived principles of authenticity, sincerity, integrity as her secret for growth in career and life is all wrapped up in her story.... ENJOY! YOU ARE WELCOME... ☺️ 🔥

My guest Jen Clark is blazing a career in the non-profit space, reaching Executive C-Suite. She is currently leading the vision and mission for the Southwest Florida Music Education Center (www.swflmusic.org), and it is certainly fitting since her whole vibe screams of harmony! 

We have a conversation for our own enjoyment and our daughters (and son's) benefit...

Leaders are demonstrating one of two realities: COVID Fatigue and COVID Clarity. 

Check in with yourself - be clear on your true feelings.

Take care of yourself - it's time be intentional about a wholistic approach to leadership and life.
