“You go into a Lexus dealership for instance, or a Porsche dealership. You are getting red carpet treatment. ‘OK sir, would you like a bagel? Would you like me to get a cup of coffee for you?’ And they keep you updated regularly on your situation and you’ll get a loaner car if you need. You’re not going to get that with the lower end brands. So again, it’s brand reputation, it’s word of mouth.” 5:29
