In the 4th and 5th of June 2019, I was invited to be a partner in IES – Israel Education Summit 2019 In Tel-Aviv. I interviewed eight leaders in the EdTech Industry from around the world. I created a series of episodes that touch in different aspects of the EdTech Industry: from legal to Investments.

איך מייצרים ביה"ס שיודע להתמודד עם אתגרי העתיד? זו המשימה שטלי הולן וליאור לויתן לקחו על עצמם. לרוב אני מארח רק פרסונה אחת אבל אי אפשר להפריד ביניהם. טלי וליאור מגיעים יחד מהחינוך הבלתי פורמלי וזה היה להם ברור שכך הם הולכים להקים ולנהל את בית-הספר שלהם.

את החלק הראשון של השיחה התחלנו עם הכניסה שלהם לתוך מערכת החינוך, ההתחלה של ללמד בכיתה בזוג, את הקשיים והאתגרים וגם את תמונת המציאות שהם קיבלו כאשר הם היו בטוחים שהם משדרים מסר אחד אבל התלמידים קיבלו מסר אחר לגמרי.

המשכנו לדבר על האתגרים בהקמת בית-ספר, טלי וליאור השתמשו בטכניקה מקורית במיוחד כדי לאתר מקום להקים בית-ספר ולגייס צוות.

איך אפשר להכניס משחוק לחדר מיון עמוס בארץ? מסתבר שאם את זה אפשר אז כנראה שאפשר להכניס קצת אווירה משחקית לכל מקום. טל מזור היא משחקולוגית ויזמת סדרתית, היא מכניסה אלמנטים של משחוק לארגונים שונים, מכנסים ועד חדרי מיון וכמובן חדרי מורים.

דיברנו על ההבדלים בין משחוק ללמידה מבוססת משחק, מה חשוב כשמתחילים לעסוק במשחוק, טיפים למתחילים ולמדנו איך מכניסים משחוק במקומות העמוסים ביותר.
