Welcome to Christmas Week Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper, recorded live here in London, England, where the world gathers for five minutes of faith, hope, and strength. We go straight into prayer. Psalm 46:10 — “Be still, and know that I am God. Isaiah 26:3 — “You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.” Across the globe this morning, stress symptoms rise sharply on Boxing Day — chest tightness, restless thoughts, emotional heaviness after Christmas gatherings, and the pressure of what lies ahead. Millions search for calm, focus, and inner stillness. Father, in Jesus’ name, I pray healing over every stressed and weary listener. Where hearts are racing, slow them. Where breathing is shallow, deepen it with peace. Where yesterday’s pressures linger, lift them off the shoulders of your people. Heal emotional tightness, calm nervous tension, silence the inner critic, and bring order to the thoughts that feel scattered. Let your stillness break through the noise of the season. Replace agitation with deep rest. Settle every mind that wakes too early with worry. Release fresh strength for today. Wrap every listener in the perfect peace that only you give.
