Last week was the climax of Paris Saint-Germain's season, and unlike an M. Night Shyamalan film, there was no surprise ending or twist. Just the same old PSG crashing out of the UEFA Champions League without barely a fight.

On this episode of PSG Talking, I'm joined once again by Ethan from PSG Fan Club Boise to discuss the loss to Bayern Munich, the ripple effects from the result of the tie, and recap last-minute win on the road against Stade Brestois 29.

Up first, we get into PSG's defeat at the Allianz Arena, where they crashed out of the UEFA Champions League in the Round of 16 for the second-consecutive year. We discuss Marquinhos' injury and whether he should have started the match, why PSG's bench lacks quality, why PSG can't elevate their performance when it's needed most, and what long-lasting impacts this result could have on the club.

Ethan has been vocal on social media that he wants new ownership at PSG. He shares his reasons why and explains the type of owner he would prefer.

The second half of the show is all about the win over Brest. We both expected PSG to lose this match, considering the letdown against Bayern. Still, Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappé carried the club to victory in the dying moments of the match. We share what we liked, and didn't like about this fixture.
