Let's discuss my journey with anxiety and what has helped me TREMENDOUSLY with focus, creativity, stress and relief. This is all about my medicinal journey with cannabis and why the stigma of being a "stoner" needs to end because gone are the days of my youth with bong rips and J sharing at a concert... I'm a mom now. My cannabis is for grown ups. 

Anxiety. 
We all have some form of worry or fear in day to day life... stop letting others make you feel like its a BAD thing and talk to someone that can help! 

In today's episode I talk about the stupid stigma that being on medication for anxiety means you're crazy..... it doesn't. I get a little transparent about my own anxiety and what I used to do vs what I do now, after talking to someone about it. 

So, cheers to NOT being the outcast for once... we are not alone! 

There's a particular "F" word that we are never allowed to say in our house. Never EVER do we say it to someone else, about someone else or to ourselves... NEVER!

It's not an attack on a specific company but rather a broad look at all companies within this profession. I am not bitter but had I known THEN what I know now... it could have saved me a lot of time, energy, mental health spirals and heartache...so I wanted to share to hopefully help those impacted by this profession in any way KNOW that they didn't FAIL at making it work...the odds are simply against everyone.
