Food is never just food. It holds memory, emotion, culture, and care — and for many of us, it becomes one of the first ways we learn comfort. In this episode, I explore the psychology behind food as emotional support: why certain meals feel like safety, how cooking regulates the nervous system, and why the kitchen can become a therapeutic space during stress, change, and so much more.
