This exercise will help you experiment with Carl Jung’s concept of Active Imagination. This is shadow work at its finest! Active Imagination is the conscious intention to engage the unconscious in waking life by focusing on some image from the psyche and letting it have a life of it’s own. Just in time for Spring: Episode 14 of Psyche Magic features Sara Schuster of Fox and Elder! Sara is a homesteader, herb gardener, and community herbalist.
