About Kathryn:

Kathryn LaRoe, (Katie) is a licensed therapist, graduating from USC with her Masters in Social Work. She is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional II, Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider, and Psychedelic preparation/integration specialist. Katie unitizes integrative techniques to address the consciousness of trauma. She has worked with extensively with Veterans and specifically Special Operations men and woman since 2008. Katie believes that healing happens through relationships and connection to create a sense of safety and trust within one’s self. While Katie utilizes traditional methods of therapy such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Seeking Safety, she relies heavily on Nervous System Regulation, PolyVagal Theory, Emotional Freedom Technique, mindfulness, meditation, and self compassion; which is her starting point for a majority of her clients.

About Dave:

Dr. Dave Rabin, MD, PhD, is a neuroscientist, board-certified psychiatrist, health tech entrepreneur & inventor who has been studying the impact of chronic stress in humans for over 15 years. He is the co-founder & chief medical officer at Apollo Neuroscience. In addition to focusing on integration therapy, plant and natural medicines, couples therapy, and medicine-assisted psychotherapy, Dr. Rabin specializes in treatment-resistant mental illnesses including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), psychosomatic disorders, personality disorders, chronic pain disorders, insomnia, and substance use disorders using minimal and non-invasive treatment strategies. Dr. Rabin has always been fascinated by consciousness and our inherent ability to heal ourselves from injury and illness. His research focuses on the clinical translation of non-invasive therapies for patients with treatment-resistant illnesses like PTSD and substance use disorders. About Steven:

Dr. Radowitz has a wealth of experience seeing the effects trauma can have on our physical health firsthand. He joined Nushama to oversee and develop treatment modalities, believing psychedelics are the future of mental wellness as current solutions treat symptoms, not underlying issues. Dr. Radowitz also runs the primary care program at Goldman Sachs and practiced internal medicine and primary care since 1998. Originally from Montreal, he completed his M.D. at Chicago Medical School. He worked at St. Vincent’s in general medicine and HIV/AIDS units and was Medical Director of the inpatient alcohol and opiate detox and treatment unit. Dr. Radowitz’s focus is preventive medicine, getting to disease’s source before it manifests as “dis-ease,” a misalignment of mind, body, and spirit. He believes psychedelics are a powerful tool to discover the origin of imbalance. On a spiritual journey with Kabbalah, he also studies meditation and yoga.

About Joël:

Joël Brierre is the Founder and CEO of the psychedelic wellness companies Kaivalya Kollectiv and Tandava Retreats. Joël has been a pioneer in the modern psychedelic movement, specifically in the realm of 5-MeO-DMT and the Bufo Alvarius toad. His unique approach of applying classical non-dual yogic philosophy as geography for both preparation and integration from the entheogenic experience gained attention around the world at the first WBAC (World Bufo Alvarius Congress) and continues to shift the landscape of psychedelic use. About Victoria:

Victoria’s first introduction into the world of healing was through plant medicine, she has been working with different psychedelic plant medicines over the span of a decade, with both indigenous and modern teachers. In 2016 she set out to complete her Yoga teacher training in Bali, which allowed her to gain further insight into the different lenses used in spirituality. Choosing to continue her education to best support others, she enrolled in a year-long psychedelic integration training where she chose to specialize on the 5-MeO-DMT integration process. Victoria is the founder and president of Kaivalya’s education platform F.I.V.E (5-MeO-DMT Information and Vital Education). Her mission at F.I.V.E is to provide the world with a centralized hub for all resources and education on 5-MeO-DMT, in hopes of bringing awareness to the ethics, integrity, and the safety of 5-MeO-DMT.

She served on the board of Evolver, and oversaw marketing and brand strategy. She was a leading member of the team that created The Alchemist's Kitchen and its proprietary product brand Plant Alchemy. She was also a content producer for the X-Prize Foundation, ABC Television, The Discovery Channel, and produced feature films that premiered at The Tribeca Film Festival and Sundance Film Festival.

A native Hong Konger, Stephanie began her career in corporate finance at Salomon Brothers, New York, and was a number one ranked equity analyst in the retail sector with HSBC Securities, Hong Kong. She is the creator and host of How Things Connect podcast that shares insight and wisdom on healing, empowerment and regeneration integrating heart, mind, body and spirit. Stephanie received her Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, including a concentration in Politics from Oxford University, England.
