Welcome to Psycho Babble with me Gerry North and Narelle Brigden. We have been practicing therapy for the last 17 years, after attending university together as mature aged students. Narelle left the corporate world and I left the media and arts field in Sydney. And now we are retiring we wanted to set out our personal experiences for listeners – especially if you are just about to start being a therapist.

In this series of Psycho babble podcasts,  you will be the fly on the wall listening to our raw experiences warts and all.  In no way is this meant to be prescriptive as Narelle did it her way and I did it mine.

This is podcast number 3 in the couple counselling series, where we talk about our different client base, Narelle concentrating on family counselling and me with predominately gay clients, being a gay man myself.

We start talking about the different sexual lifestyle expectations OF GAY AND HETEROSEXUAL COUPLES WITH: open relationships, infidelity, acceptance and recovery.
