John describes himself as “a guy with some life experience that wants to share some of his failures so that you fail better.” He created Men’s Methodology to examine modern masculinity because he feels the rules and landscape or battlefield if you will are different for men and women. John promotes open and honest dialogues to normalize attitudes of weakness and vulnerability for the guys. Russell helps men that are feeling stuck develop an unconquerable mindset and learn the fundamentals of neuro-transformation so that they can create extraordinary lives and become the masters of their fate. He believes that our thoughts create our reality and that the key to living the life you want is developing an unconquerable mindset. After going through a personal health crisis that left him near death and unable to walk, he learned the power of the mind to overcome severe tragedy.
