We talk to Sanaz Holcomb, PTA, and BS about several different developmental avenues PTAs can pursue. Sanaz dives deep into the APTA PTA Advanced Proficiency Pathways (APPs), the LIFE Leadership Series Leadership Academy in Ohio, and LAMP Leadership through APTA’s Academy of Leadership and Innovation. Sanaz is a home health PTA but has also worked extensively in outpatient physical therapy as well. During the show, Sanaz highlights not only the mentorship she gives but the mentorship that she has received and how this changed her pathway in the profession.
