  • Episode 8- I'm struggling with my assessments...send help!
We are back at it with an our second edition of the espressocast! We had some great feedback on our first edition that we thought we would give it a second go. In this episode Dalton talks about some of his struggles during his first week of his clinical placement specifically when it comes to the initial assessment.
The goal of these short podcasts are to pose a question to you guys, the followers and get some feedback on how you would handle/approach the given problem. We believe that the best way of overcoming some of the challenges we are facing is to seek help from people who have already experienced it.
So sit back, grab a cup of espresso, and enjoy this episode. We look forward to hearing from you guys.
Please head over to iTunes hit subscribe and leave us a review. Your feedback means the world to us. Also, all we ask is if you enjoyed this episode please share it with one friend. Because who doesn’t have a friend that needs to enjoy another cup of coffee!

  • Episode 4- Pressing Play With Emma Jack
On this episode we sit down and chat with Emma Jack. She is a practicing physical therapist at Reactive Physiotherapy out of London, Ontario. Emma is extremely hard working and has continued to learn by completing her master's of manipulative therapy, sport physio diploma, and is a Pilates instructor. Since she isn't busy enough she decided to take a leap into the social media world and started her website/Instagram account Press Play Physio. Her main goal has been to spread positivity about her profession and the amazing people she has met along the way. Her holistic approach makes her content digestible to all audiences and if you have not checked it out we highly suggest it.
Over our fresh cup of Pilot coffee we talked about the importance of mentorship, the power of positivity on social media, how pilates has transformed her practice, and the importance of slowing your roll on taking courses the second you are out of school.
This was a great conversation and emma provides a great deal of information that we think will be valuable for everyone from the public to current students and clinicians.
