Footy season is getting closer you can almost smell it in the air! So we are back to talk about the game, Some of the highlights from pre season trials. 

We go through some of the news headlines from the week like,  Adam Reynolds testing positive to Covid and what impact that will have on the broncos for the round 1 clash with the Souths Sydney Rabbits. Ricky Stuart is upset over NRL Suspensions and other news stories from the week that was.

We also give our predictions for the year. Only time will tell who will get the closest. Going off our track record it will be a four way tie where we all score 0 points!

Thats right we are back for more football pub chat in your feed and in your ears every week until the grand final.

In this podcast we go over the Grand final game where the Panthers beat the Rabbitohs 14 to 12, in a game I think we all agreed was the best of the year.

We go through some news articles to wrap the year up as the stories keep on coming with repercussions of Mad Mondays. There is some exciting news for Smokes being the resident Queenslander with the Redcliffe dolphins officially invited to join the NRL competition in 2023

As this is the last podcast for the year we also looked over our predictions that were made a the beginning of the season  as well as reflect on the that was.

Somehow the Phantom gets away with what he started with, which is surprising considering how bad he is a tipping the games and that Smokes and the Principal placed about half of his bets the season.
