Hey guys its been a while ! I did this episode before the hurricane Fiona hit the Puerto Rico. My mind is not here... my island is still recovering & I didn't feel like uploading anything but slowly I have to push myself to back to reality but living here it literally feels like nothing will ever be normal. Ill be doing a episode on wtf is going on here and how gringos are taking over Puerto Rico cuz they don't pay taxes here. Anyway I was feeling nostalgic and decided to open my memory box i did when I was in 12 grade. So this ep is basically a life update plus me being vulnerable exposing my 12 year old self. PS the audio sucks cuz I recorded everything on my camera :( sorry love u

the tatetism needs to stop

This EP has been the hardest we have worked on. The research, the visuals, everything was son intense but so worth it. Similar to the Madonna-Whore Complex EP,  in this EP we exposed how the male gaze objectifies and sexualizes woman while also teaching men (in a very confusing way)  that they can get whatever they want by doing the bare minimum or being an "alpha" will get you that and more. The female gaze is nice when its from a queer, realistic perspective but it can also be toxic when its taken to an extent that woman are behaving like mythical creatures while performing their femininity. We are all humans with complex survival stories that should be used in media to portray humans as what they are not based on the gender and the stereotypes within your culture. This leads young humans to think that they aren't enough because they can't perform to perfection their femininity and masculinity as the world expects them to. You've been tough your entire life that you need to be liked or perceived by others to be worthy but in reality... the only gaze you should perform its for your own. your purpose of life will come when you feel. behave, dress, eat, love, LIVE, they way you want to. Don't let media trick you to think you are supposed to be something that you are not. You are perfect just the way you are. Keep up the great work on being authentic and genuine, everything will fall in its place.

Our fave guest ever/bestie, Nohely Fontanet sat with us to tell y'all a story time on how I got jumped the other day and she came to the rescue. We decided to share this with you guys cuz yall are always saying that yall love our friendship and how have we stayed friends for so long.. its because we stick by each other through thick and thin. Everyone is in the good times, especially us since we are our biggest fans but genuinely our loyalty to each other in our dark times is why we ride so hard for each other. Building a force of unconditional love and trust is the reason we have been friends 10 years. After all the trauma dump we played two games, he is a 10 but... and a card game called "sex talk" with 69 question to get to know your partner in a intimate way (I'm forever single so obviously I had to play it with bestie) love yall hope you have an amazing wiken!

On this Ep I talked about what a narcissist is and the many rolls the can play in our lives. The only solution for narcissism's for the people that have it to gain self awareness and got to therapy ASAP. there's some quizzes online to see if you are one and what type. Hope this helps someone! ily 

wanted to do an Ep on this topic and my mom coming back from Austria was the perfect Inso. Just wanted to point out that there's a complex that excuses... I mean explains how men see sexual innocence as a virtud and gives woman a pathetic pedestal that she should not have desires or needs and that's what makes her a "wifey" type of b and whores are basically liberal woman that does what she pleases with the consequence of being shamed by society making her a non potential candidate to be a good wife or mother. its crazy to me... what do y'all think? Hey y'all ! back from vacay. Gave u a lil update but mostly I talked about the depressive aftermath of being overstimulated. Specially after a euphoric time going back to your personal routines (specially for loner like me) can be heartbreaking. Being alone is necessary and you need to love it but its okay from time to time to get overwhelmed with yourself especially after being happy and having fun with others. depression and loneliness don't mix well. You are lovable, no one is against you and we are in this together. I adore you.
