Another great hockey playing Aussie today, Dylan Sables.

He was born and raised in the Sydney area, and spent 2 years in Canada honing his skills.

Dylan finished this past season as Playoff MVP for the Nathan Walker Cup winning (AJIHL champions) Sydney Sabres. Not bad for a guy who took up hockey with the sole purpose of wanting to beat his big brother.

At only 17, Jeremy Friedrich has already made quite a na.me for himself winning "Goalie Of The Year" in the most recent AJIHL season, and leading his team to silver medal in the AJIHL finals.

Today's guest, another ex-pat Canadian now Australian citizen Stephenie Cochrane.

Stephenie is coming off a season in which she Captained the Sydney Sirens of the AWIHL to the Joan McKowen Memorial Trophy as league champions and also made the Australian Women's national team who won the IIHF Division 2B World Championship.

Another Ex-Pat Canadian on Pucking Funny, Gordon Witt. Gordon never played, but has always been a big fan of the game. In Canada his team is the Leafs (oh dear), In Australia the first team he started following was Canberra, and although he's located in Sydney now, he's still a Brave fan. Gordon is also a big fan of the women's game and we discuss the Australian Women's recent IIHF World Championship.

Today we talk with another Canadian, Sasha Lutz. Sasha learned hockey in Edmonton, Alta. Playing her way all the way up to Canadian University hockey where she played against Hayley Wickenheiser, and won a CIS championship. Sasha played this past season here in Australia with the Adelaide Rush with plans on sticking around another season or 2.

Today we talk with another Francophone Canadian, Ben Breault who was recently hired as head coach of the Perth Thunder. Ben played major junior in the QMJHL with and against players such as Claude Giroux, Jonathan Toews, Alexander Radulov, and Sidney Crosby. He played one season of junior under Hall Of Famer Patrick Roy after which he was drafted by the Buffalo Sabres, played several years in Europe, and part of one season in the infamous LNAH.

Today we talk with another Canadian, a Montrealer in fact(!) Alex Liam Tetreault who at only 21 has already been on a Gold Medal winning World Championship team, and has won an AIHL title with the Canberra Brave.
