Paul and Nick get the opportunity to sit down with Mike Cherim, a modern-day "Renaissance man" who has been hiking and climbing since tackling the "Rock Pile" at the young age of four! Mike is the owner and founder of Redline Guiding up in Intervale, New Hampshire, as well as an instructor, guide, and even a Justice of the Peace!

Paul steps in as an "intern" on the PUDs Podcast without Josh and joins as a full-co-host with Nick to chat with Lyla "Sugar" Harrod! It's a full-on hiking recap this week as friend-and-listener-of-the-podcast Paul sits in with the boys and trades stories from his latest trip to the Whites with Nick who just got back from a trip to the Adirondack High Peaks!

This week the boys are excited (especially Nick!) to sit down with hiker and photographer Corey (AKA @coreyoutoors and "Corey O.") and discuss his journey becoming a full-time photographer in the Whites, his background in the outdoors, love of hiking, and more!

Josh has been on vacation and takes a trip to Mystic Aquarium with the family, everybody remembers touching their first stingray, there are towns in Rhode Island Josh has never heard of, Nick's week was crazy but had fun celebrating a recent engagement, entertaining and cooking for some grandparents, and Nick opts to stay "local" snowshoeing some loops over a freezing-cold and windy Mount Wachusett on Presidents' Day, a recent rescue with a "good" ending on Mount Washington, and we hear from Corey and how his passion of taking photos of friends while hiking and chasing sunrises evolved into a full career as a photographer for different outdoor clothing and equipment brands on this let's-nerd-out-about-photography-a-bit-too-episode of the PUDs Podcast!!!

Nick is back from bagging Mount Isolation for Winter with a great group of folks, and the boys catchup with Nick Higgins, James Leitner, Lynn Swezey on the other side of The Lincoln 100!

Josh may be drinking too much seltzer, the boys discuss snow cleanup strategies at length, be careful taking your kiddos to the Fall River Children's Museum if you're looking to avoid sickness, Nick bags his #45 peak for the Winter 48 with Mount Isolation using the Engine Hill and Iso Express bushwhacks and has an very snowy early-morning commute up to the Rocky Branch trailhead, and Josh and Nick catchup with the runners and crew chief of The Lincoln 100; the brainchild of the late-Chris Roma, to run 100 miles on a ~3 mile loop in Lincoln, New Hampshire in support of Mission Clean Water! We get into the experience, Nick Higgins finishing the 100 miles in ~33 hours, why James called it at the 24 hour mark, amazing support from the community in the Whites, Lynn holding down "the tent" on route 3, staying up through 2 nights, fueling strategies, running hallucinations, plus we discuss the upcoming SnowSafe Summit event in Rumney, New Hampshire (2/14/25 - 2/15/25!!!) on this try-not-to-explode-after-you-take-your-bicarbs-episode of the PUDs Podcast!!!

Pinkham Notch or bust! Nick has been continuing his quest to finish bagging the Winter 48 along with an overnight at Zealand Falls Hut! It's time to rundown hikes of the Carters, 'Cats, Zealand, and more!
