PUK!

The guest of the 7. episode of PUK! is Malab Alneel. She is a queer activist and visual artist. We will talk about how her art is being shaped around the cultural and social aspect of queerness.

The guest of the 6. episode of PUK! is Esra Nesipoğulları. She is an architect and multidisciplinary artist from Turkey, currently living in Italy. Her works "often respond to personal stories in cultural and political contexts."

The guest of the 5. episode of PUK! is Hande Özkalemkaş. She is a multidisciplinary artist from Turkey, currently living in Milano/Italy. She is inspired by food in cultural, biological, hedonistic senses.

In the fourth episode I have Dilan Perişan. She is a Kurdish installation and sculpture artist from Turkey. She lives in Milano. She is a continuous garbage collector and likes to transform them to artworks. In this episode, we are approaching to her artistic triggers by asking survey-like questions.

In the third episode I have Burcu Bilgiç (aka Burcu Bilzic). She is a dancer and content creator from Istanbul. In this episode I asked brief questions about Burcu’s daily habits or rituals which also shapes her artistic process and being shaped by that process. We are entering in her planet with her words, soundscapes, poetic way of making things. Also in this episode the idea, feeling and future of PUK! Is being shaped more and more.

In the second episode I have Emre Öztürk as guest. He is an electronic music performer, DJ and founder of Algorave Istanbul. We talked about his research of virtual rave events and gender.

In the first episode, I’m telling the story of PUK! Since PUK! is the analogy for the pleasure of creative process or outputs, I start with one of my own PUK!s which is a 30 seconds composition that tells about my quotidian piece of moments.
