This first instalment of the Pull Up A Chair podcast is hosted by myself, Jack Williams also known as @beachbuminasuit.

These experiences are just my own. I try to lead with confidence in these discussions to take ownership of my experiences and how they have made me feel. Everyones journey is different and to be a better, well-rounded society, I believe we must normalise the vulnerable aspects around these topics.
