Dave and Adam came into recording with about zero mental-emotional wherewithal but did end up getting some pretty solid listener questions answered!

Well, the should denote we are a little explicit in this one, but then again when aren't we lately! We do, however, go over implications of what is best to eat before bed, what the best time to train is, and other fitness and diet-based information as well. Not only that but Dave throws up about half the way through recording and we get sentimental.

Back at it with listener "Q and A!" We discuss the importance of asking good questions (because that's a thing) to get good answers, the health implications of artificial sweeteners, the issue of consuming excessive protein (or lack thereof), "renowned" trainer anecdotes, splitting up your carb- and fat-based meals, and then we dive pretty head first into our opinions on social affairs, hahahaha! Only listen to the last quarter if you happen to give a you know what about what we think on stuff we have no expertise.

Just as the title implies we get back on track and answer some listener questions! We speak to food quality and its importance, intermittent fasting and keto, and growing a good posterior with RDLs versus Good mornings. Of course we add a little "color" to the explanations.

As the episode eludes to we had ZERO diet and exercise talk in this one. We will right the ship here soon on that end of things, we promise. Whether it be Adam's only fans experience, Dave's intrigued with botoxing his balls, or Nate's fiery backside experience with impossible chorizo, none of it will help your health and fitness goals!

Bear with us while we weave our banter through exercise progression, skill versus output-based exercises, and injury and movement assessment. Somehow we cover these things while going off into multiple, non-related directions, hahahaha!

A couple topics of high importance: proper rest periods and dissociating emotion for your weight. We talk to how important utilizing proper rest periods between sets is to your overall success as many people don't actually do this properly. We also spoke to what importance your scale weight is, how IT SHOULD be used, and why you should just stop associating emotion to what the scale shows you.

Just as the episode title implies, this one was completely off-topic and does contain a lot of explicit rhetoric. If you are sensitive to the latter then this episode is not for you. We will most certainly be back to more diet and exercise-based material, haha!

With Nate still out on Dad duty Dave and Adam try to keep things "PC," but don't excel at doing so while they discuss to really important topics. The first of which was answering a quite common question: How many reps should one do to build muscle? And the second was the importance of changing your diet over time by utilizing a concept called "nutritional periodization." Finally they go over semantically what "HIIT" (high intensity interval training) means and what you're really doing; knowledge is power.
