Nate had a great idea! Let's make a "weight training 101" of sorts for those getting started in the weight room not only for the New Year but at any time. In this episode, we go in-depth, and do get a bit off track at times, haha, with all the things you need to consider: how many days of the week, what body parts on what days, what movements/exercises to do, how many sets and reps, and even how much rest to take.
