Pumpkin Hill Radio: Paranormal Mysteries, Conspiracies, and Unexplained Phenomena

Have you seen something strange? Contact us at [email protected] to share your story and get answers.

It's our 50th Episode!!! Join the party with Travis and Dawson on a deep dive into the possible origins and behaviors of Floating Heads, an anomaly that is far more common than either of us thought. We take a look back at the floating head account given by Priscilla on episode 34 along with a collection of new sightings we compiled from listeners like you, including a wonderful array of hauntings sent to us by Candye Jordan.

Later on in the episode we have a story of angels in the woods and the results of asking them for guidance as told by friend of the podcast, Joe.

Before all that we look into horror this week and begin our descent into Halloween Madness. and more, today on Pumpkin Hill radio. Tell your friends!

Join us as we discuss the many cryptids of the midwest. Werewolves seem to roam free in the driftless area and Dogmen howl at the moon while Mothman and Man-Bat watch with ominous red eyes. This world is full of strange creatures. And older things... like Elementals. We cover it all today, from hairy creatures to the very forces of Gaia herself. All that and more now on Pumpkin Hill Radio.

Observable unexplainable phenomenon? You read that right. This week Travis and Dawson look at strange lights in the sky happening over decades and centuries in multiple locations around the globe. The best part? You might actually be able to see them. Since the 80's a dedicated research base in Norway has studied these bizarre lights and STILL don't have a conclusion. But we have ours. Tag along as we tie multiple cases into one phenomenon, and stick around after the break for a brief (And respectful) study on Dreamcatchers as they relate to one of our favorite topics: sleep paralysis. All that and so much more, today on Pumpkin Hill Radio.

Author's of the book Who They Are and What They're Up To, Leslie and Stephen Shaw, join us on Pumpkin Hill to talk about their book and theories on the mysterious alien phenomenon happening around the world. Listen in to learn what might be flying these crafts and where they might come from.

Leslie Shaw was a journalist for 18 years. She is semi-retired and still works for the newspaper doing copy editing and page layout. She is a trained artist with a bachelor’s degree in experimental animation and ancient art history.

Stephen is a retired acupuncturist, tai chi instructor and orchestral musician.

They both have a lifelong love affair with the UFO subject.

They are both UFO witnesses and Stephen and his very psychic family have been victims of the alien abduction phenomenon for at least 3 generations.

They have spent 20 years researching their UFO book Who They Are: And What They’re Up To.

The blurb on the back of their book…

UFOs. Millions of witnesses have seen them, thousands have been taken by them and hundreds of books describe them, but here for the first time there is a book that delves into the hardest questions concerning them. WHO are flying them, WHERE are they coming from and the all important whys; WHY are they here, WHY are they seen so often, WHY are they preying on our people and our livestock and WHY is our government in league with them? This book addresses these questions and explores the motivation for their agenda and their bizarre breeding program.

What horror movie screams SUMMER to you? This week Travis Wyrmwood and Dawson Trailer bring 3 summertime horror selects to the BATTLE FIELD, where they go head to head. 6 movies enter, only 3 leave- you'll never guess what movie comes out on top. (Or maybe you will!). And if that's not enough for you, we also dive into the sacred implications of birch trees and their use across time, with striking connections across the globe. Let's get into it, and remember to use the chapter markers to find your place.

Welcome to the strange world of galaxy-sized minds colonizing the universe, quantum science and 4th dimension physics. Human equivalent brains can appear randomly throughout the universe (or multiverse) through specific elements organizing randomly but not without proper condition. We are in the deep end folks, the place where your sleep paralysis demons might be born. All that plus a collection of procured cursed items, today on PHR.

The book Raft by Stephen Baxter is mentioned, along with Flatland by Edwin A. Abbott. Read these books for a fictional glimpse at the possibility of life at the 2d and 4d scale.
