In this three-part series, Jess, Rebecca and Hollie meet Dr Nigel Bowles, of Oxford University, and former Director of the Rothermere American Institute. The students ask Dr Bowles about the president's abilities to achieve their goals, vis-a-vis Congress, the Executive, and the American public.
