This week we have lost one of our dearest friends inside the MMA World and directly here on the Pure EVil MMA Podcast as Elias Theodorou has passed at the age of 34 years old from colon cancer. Elias always brought a smile to our faces no matter the subject no matter the light inside the room his laugh would always light our day! I personally have never felt so sick to my stomach over a loss inside MMA like this. To me and to you guys over the years here on the program Elias Theodorou has gifted us with multiple interviews that really were more than just media and fighter talk but the person to teacher person to fighter of more than just mixed martial arts but a fighter for fighters' rights!

I selected this interview for you all as Elias Theodorou really spoke words of wisdom and touched a very soft spot on a difficult topic with Opiates vs THC

He will be more than missed inside MMA but he left more than a mark! He changed the fight world for the better!

The most important thing about this fighter that really made me want him to join us on an episode was his mission in life that he has already found some kind-hearted people who have slowly but surely been helping him grow with his NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION TO HELP UNDERPRIVILEGED KIDS who may not be able to afford a monthly gym membership.

If you grew up in the city like me then you know how crucial it is for a child to be learning what no school teacher can prepare you for building confidence, learning self-control, and being surrounded by positive role models who help them think smarter and become more aware of their choices while seeing the results day after day.

Fiorda also gives his own personal advice to anyone being bullied at school or in the streets of the city by kindly bringing us step by step the best possible ways you can "easily" defend yourself and lessen the risks of not being badly hurt or gas your cardio too quickly especially when you are outnumbered.

we dive inside the still-frame moments that happened in last weekend's UFC PPV EVENT that was wicked to some of us long-time fans of Max Holloway who didn't seem himself come fight night... I share my theory as to WHY THIS HAPPENED and where we have seen this before.

Also, a tear drops for our main man and savior of countless fight cancelations turned FOTN bonuses Cowboy and of course, Jim and Jessica Evil Eyes career come to an end and even got booed by the new generation of fans who did watch the magic that was Dana building and helping woman make a path for another young woman to have idols inside the octagon.

Man this episode goes deeper than the fake eye poke we even saw go down at the start of our $90.00 PPV event vs SUGA! Well, debate if this was in fact an eye poke or FEAR.

SIT BACK AND GET READY TO TAKE ANOTHER RIDE WITH ME AS WE RELIVE AND PAINT THE PICTURE THAT WAS UFC 276!

• hilarious

• very respected fighters

in the last few decades

If there is anyone new to the sport that is unaware of who Dennis Hallman is well he is known for 3 very important/memorable moments of all time inside the scene!

He is most well known for his giant upset win over one of the world's most beloved and at one time even the FACE of the UFC as he reigned over all competition in the Welterweight Division in a man we all know as "MATT HUGHES. in under 38 seconds combined between the two fights!

With close to 80 Professional MMA fights and huge wins over a Hall Of Famer, you would think that would be enough for anyone to remember him by....

Most MMA Fans remember his 2nd biggest upset.. well at least for DANA WHITE and that's when Hallman lost a bet and ACTUALLY MADE HIS WALK TO THE OCTAGON WEARING NOTHING BUT A SPEEDO and he wore it like a true warrior with no fear so ever!

He also a story that had NO FILTER about his beef with Ronda Rousey and Edmond during season 17 of The Ultimate Fighter where Hallman almost beat the stupid smirk off Edmonds face that was seen worldwide on live TV!

AND prepare yourselvs for his most recent story (at the time) where he had to throw the towel in to save a female fighter who was in trouble and ended up going number 1 inside the cage in front of a bunch of fans and cameras!
