In this episode I chat with Dana Monsees, Clinical Nutritionist and Body Image Coach and author of the Real Food with Dana blog. Her and I have VERY similar stories and paths in terms of our health. Dana opens up about her body image struggles, binge eating, celiac diagnosis and becoming addicted to fitness. This led her to deal with severe gut issues, adrenal fatigue and losing her period. Dana now has a well balanced approach to food and fitness, and a super successful online business where she supports other women in getting out of the diet culture, and learning to love and listen to their bodies.
