This is the backstory behind the Bearded Man University. Wanting to create a platform that I could teach people looking to learn as well as monetize my business, I’ve created a series playbooks. Two main topics I plan to focus on: personal and business.

Playbook because this is how I’ve chosen to play the game of life and these are the lessons I’ve learned along the way. Do I have all the answers? Nope, this is just my bearded wisdom!

Welcome to the Bearded Man University ladies & gentlemen! There are plenty of universities in the world but I promise there is not one quite like ours. With our state of the art campus, we push our students to becoming the best versions of themselves. 

Here at BMU, we provide our students with playbooks to help guide them in both their personal & professional lives. There are no tests, quizzes or exams… just straight bearded wisdom.

Chad Fellers is the founder of Wasted Potential, an all around creative and design team that specializes in tour management, stage design, live lighting & sound, live video walls, clothing and merchandise. Some of their current clients include recording artists Logic, Bryson Tiller, Bazzi, Migos, Khalid, Quinn XCII, Chelsea Cutler, KYLE and more. Moving forward, he hopes to continue to grow each of Wasted Potentials departments while helping artists create an experience that their fans won’t forget.

In this episode Chad discusses having the ability to shift the vision along the way, always being ready to resolve issues, how seeing his peers succeed inspires him, the importance of taking time to appreciate where you came from, how slowly achieving a goal is the success and nothing is impossible.

Tiff Tyler is a creative director for The School of Greatness Podcast with Lewis Howes. She has sat in and recorded interviews with Kobe Bryant, Gary Vee, Scooter Braun, Tony Robbins, Steve Aoki, Tony Hawk and other individuals who’re the top 1% in their respective industry. She’s also a freelance video creator with a new passion to “beat the sun” on her daily 5am morning run.

In this episode Tiff discusses why we must walk through the door, how being a nice person was her differentiator, how to break out of the survival mode, defeating our internal critic, why we must put ourselves in the mirror and the idea that there is no right or wrong.

Mikey Taylor is a professional skateboarder turned entrepreneur & real estate investor. After spending 15 years as a pro, he’s now focused on helping people create a path to financial freedom through real estate investing with Commune Capital. He’s also the co-founder of SOVRN Skateboards and AVNI Intelligence.

Sorelle Amore is an entrepreneur, YouTuber & visual content creator. She’s also the Dean of the Advanced Selfie University, a comprehensive online video course revealing the secrets to mastering the Art of a Self Portrait.

Born and raised in Sydney, Australia, she ended up spending six years of her childhood in Poland before returning back to Aussie. Being raised by two entrepreneurs, she saw firsthand that it was possible to create your own life and live by your own means. Wanting to please her grandmother, she attended University in Sydney and got a marketing degree within 2 years. From there she entered the corporate environment working for Global1 Events.

At one point she started Pin Up Passion, a platform to help guide woman to empowerment, self love and educate them on vintage lifestyle. She then worked for a local photography company before quitting her job and moving to Iceland wanting to focus on a YouTube career.

In 2017, having $1,000 in her bank account and a goal to get paid to travel, she was selected out of 17,000 applicants as the winner of ThirdHome’s Best Job on the Planet where she traveled to 12 luxurious homes in 12 different countries, created blogs, videos, pictures and got paid for all of it. No matter where the road takes her next, she believes her purpose is to stay authentically herself.

In this Episode she discusses the importance of sticking to your own lane, the biggest hurdle she faced being a digital nomad for 2 years, the benefits of living a minimalist lifestyle, taking a 30 day social media detox and overcoming the dark places.

You win the morning, you win the day. If you happen to follow the bearded man on Instagram (@bobbbaaaay), you see me toss that same phrase up every single morning when I’m just getting into the gym. I’m not sure where I first heard or read it but it stuck with me and is something that I live by.

I’ve realized that I’m a morning person but i’ve also realized that what works for me might not work for you. As I go through this blog post please know that I am not here to tell you this IS the key to jump starting your day… this just so happens to be what I have found as my perfect morning routine.

Let’s call this one, the bearded formula.
