Episode 22: Resentments Can Be Enhanced By Expectations

This week we are discussing RESENTMENT and how it effects are lives.  We touch on what resentment is, how communication can effect it, the effects of expectations on resentment and 3 strategies to help deal with resentment.

Resentment is something every man at some point in their lives probably goes through and deals with.  Men get hurt and from that hurt and pain we can build resentment but that only gives way to negativity.  We have to be mindful of this and have some tools in our tool bag to handle it and keep our compass pointed in the right direction.
