everything happens for a reason and I’ve heard that many times but no one can take away that unwelcoming feeling of things changing. Therefore I begin again to feel grounded once again.

Que hacemos cuando una persona que queremos nos lastima. Porque algunos pueden seguir adelante como si nada dejándonos a reparar los daños. Empezamos a dudarnos en porque no soy suficiente o yo soy el problema. Un corazón roto en realidad es una bendición que nos ayuda aquitarnos las venda de los ojos. Es una tormenta que no podemos escapar aunque querramos, tenemos que saber como mantenernos firmes.

Life after high school was a completely different experience for me, a journey unexpected. We got to see life take everyone into their own path where some are married, started a family, own an apartment at such a young age, graduated with a degree and sometimes being the one left behind can built up a lot of feelings. We've established that everyone is in their there own timeline and the need to speed up the process isn't the solution. It is to acknowledge that we are where we are because thats where life wants us to be. Life isn't about competition but for us to create and share our own personal experiences to show the many ways we can STILL achieve our goals.

This too shall pass...

Another year around the sun filled with new experiences, challenges, lessons, that ultimately shape us into becoming more wiser about life. I am learning to let go of circumstances that are out of my control and move forward for my own sake. Learning how to balance logic and emotion has become a challenge to dominate but I will eventually find the tools to work through it. I am not going to lose sight of my objective and that is being present and living my life without any regret. New Year, Same Me but this time she's firm, direct, and selective.

Finding the right set of friends can be quite hard especially those who will enrich our lives towards the life we envision for ourselves. We’ve all grown in and out of friendships over the course of our lives and some may have ended amicably while others not so much. Every person we encounter leave us with a certain lesson and this is the case.

Therapy was the first step I had to take in wanting to heal where I stumbled relentlessly trying to figure myself out but through consistency and discipline I've managed to unveil a whole new perspective of life. I reevaluated my life and matured in such a beautiful way where I finally understood the true meaning of being an adult. This was definitely the first step to the life i envision for myself in which regret isn’t part of my vocabulary.

I’ve learned how to embrace my aloneness while remaining in one peace. Once you learn how to enjoy being alone without the fear roaming around you’ll learn to recharge, reflect, and take this time to be in-tune with yourself.

Everyday, we tend to encounter a variety of emotions throughout our life. It’s okay to not have everything figured out but the best thing we can do is practice surfing our own emotions. So let’s surf the big wave together.

I reached a point in my life where I experienced a spiritual change where not only did I form a relationship with God but my mindset on life changed. I chose to self reflect on my actions because I knew it was the right thing to do while trying to heal all wounds possible. This moment was an open door to a new life that I’ve waited for.
