I had the pleasure of sitting down with Dillon Mitchell this week. Dillon embodies the never quit attitude and is always looking for opportunities to learn, adapt and grow. I was very blessed to have had this opportunity to interview him and highly recommend you follow him and his journey!
This week I welcome Freddie Bennett. A man who has seen his fair share of hardships that nearly pushed him over the edge and take his life. Through these struggles and watching his father pass away before his eyes, Freddie made the decision that something needed to change...and change it did. Through hard work and dedication Freddie began to live a more positive lifestyle that has led him to run the world's toughest footrace (200 miles through the Sahara desert), Ultramarathons, Ironman competitions and more! This is a story you DO NOT want to miss.

In this week's episode, we dive in to Mario's backstory as well as discuss unique exercises, mental health and our shared affinity for Redcon1. Mario is an extremely kind and wise individual and it was an absolute honor and privilege to sit down with him and get to know the man behind one of my favorite Instagram channels.
In this episode, we reexamine a popular children's story and take a different approach to understanding and empathy. We tend to find ourselves rooting for the hero and scolding the villain of each of these tales without ever knowing the full story. This story gives us a larger glimpse in to the life of the main villain and serves to share greater detail in to how and why they became the villain. It is my hope that you can take something away from this and learn to not judge others so quickly and try to understand and empathize with people.
Today we are joined by Emily Adams. A power lifter and all around inspiration. She has overcome so many obstacles in her life and has now found her true purpose....service to others. Join me as we dive in to the incredible story of Emily's past and how she mad it to where she is today.
In this episode we discuss some simple steps/techniques that you can use in order to push past your limits. Often times our brains tell us we can only go so far, and when this happens, we are only a fraction of the way to our potential. 4 simple steps can push you further than you think!
In this episode, we target your worthiness. Through my own faults it is something I continue to struggle with "Am I worthy to help". We often compare ourselves to others and think "They have it all figured out, I do not have what it takes to help". This is something we must remove. We all have a story that if we share and remain our authentic self, that we can help many people. We must realize that a lot of people are currently in a position that we were at one point in our lives. Through trial and error we made it out, and by simply sharing that, we can save lives and continue to progress ourselves. START THE CHANGE NOW!
Have you ever stopped yourself from trying something new just because you didn't think you would enjoy it or it wouldn't work even though you have no experience with it? If you truly want to excel in life it is imperative to keep an open mind and try new things without doubts, judgements, or fears. You never know when you may come across the best thing to ever happen to you.
