The defendant is countersuing because she says the plaintiff filed a false restraining order against her.

Then, The plaintiff was adopted as a child and is desperate to find her biological family. The plaintiff believes the defendant may be her sister, so she has petitioned the court for a sibling DNA test. The defendant believes she and the plaintiff may be family because her father was promiscuous.
