We're on a mission. What is it, you ask?
Eat a MASSIVE amount of vegetables every day.
We've been on this health stuff for quite a while, so yes, we already eat a decent amount of vegetables in our diet. But we're now convinced that even what we were eating was not enough.
If you're reading this, you probably need to eat a lot more vegetables. Don't be satisfied if you eat meet the national recommendation of 2-3 cups for ladies and 3-4 for men. It's not enough!
