Pursuit Church

The God who has created us wants nothing more but for the creation to choose His son Jesus Christ in all that we do.  There comes a time when we need to desperately do whatever it takes to get to the feet of Jesus Christ because at His feet is truly everything we need.  Special thanks to Pastor Taylor Kale for such a powerful reminder of this reality of our desperate need to be in God's presence.

There is such an awesome power in being able to experience the fullness of who God really is through the gateway of worship.  In fact, it is through being able to worship Jesus Christ in both Spirit and in truth that makes this thought become more than some idea but rather a reality in our day to day lives.  It is in our ability to worship that gives us the power through God to conquer sin and find true freedom;   2 Corinthians 3:17.  If you haven't already be sure to check out episode 1 of our new series titled "Heart of Worship".

The fact of knowing that the son of the living God who is Jesus Christ actually seeks worshippers to worship Him; John 4:23.  Whether we know it or not we were designed by our creator God to worship from the beginning of our existence.  Understanding that reality creates the opportunity    for us to view true worship through the lens of Jesus Christ.  In this series we will dive deep into the heart of worship and what that should look like in the life of God's people.  Be sure to subscribe and share this episode and any others that have added value to life.

There's really a great vastness to the God who created absolutely everything.  The way we really begin to discover His greatness is through the relationship with Christ from God's word and once we begin to grasp the reality of God's love is when we truly experience growth in God.  If you haven't already be sure to watch episodes 1 & 2 of the series titled "The Good Life" on Pursuit Church's Facebook or Youtube page.

Learning the desires of Jesus in comparison to what we actually desire are vastly different.  Jesus reminds us that a good life is is not the abundance of what a man possesses materially, but the riches that are laid up toward God; Luke 12: 16-21.  Be sure to check out our first episode of a series titled "The Good Life"

There is such a magnificent power available to us when the body of Christ begins to unite under the power of the Holy Spirit.  Walking into your calling simply begins with your obedience to service within the body of Christ.  God is sincerely pleased to know that His members dwell together in unity and function according to His calling; Psalm 133:1.  Enjoy Part 5 in our series "Ghosted"

Many will live an entire life never allowing the Holy Spirit to do what He was designed to do which is to take control over every aspect of our lives.  In order to obtain the joy, the peace and the love of Jesus Christ it starts with taking advantage of the Holy Spirit that lives inside of you; 1 Corinthians 6:19-20.  This sermon teaches us what it literally means to take advantage of the advantage of the Holy Spirit taking control over our lives.  Enjoy Part 4 of our series "Ghosted."

Could we have ever believed that we ourselves could potentially become the biggest obstacle between who we are versus where God wants us to be. Boiling passion for ourselves could ultimately become the thing that keeps us babes in Christ up until our deaths while simultaneously limiting the move of the Holy Spirit within our lives. Don't let this obstacle be the thing that keeps you from experiencing the deeper things of Christ.  Enjoy sermon no. 2 in our new series "Ghosted"!
