This family has a really incredible journey.  Today we talk about the impact a community has on an outcome.  How people want to come together and help each other so simply.  It is truly amazing to see the masses of people who are volunteering around the community.  If we don't take care of each other, nobody else will.  

We also talk about the fact that there is no overnight success.  You don't just snap your fingers and have it all figured out.  You gotta work for it.  Your business may have an explosion but you put in that work ahead of time.  Patience is key.  Gareth made a really great comment at the end that really stuck with me. He said "if you're doing the right thing, you don't have to defend yourself."  YES!!  If we do what's right for our clients instead of worrying about the instant sale we will win the long term success game.
