I call life after 35 "The Next Chapter Of Your Life". It's that place where you are not a younger adult anymore, but you are now moving into a whole new sphere of age that comes with a new set of challenges and opportunities.

If you get overwhelmed easily, then why not decide to focus on one goal each day?

Focus on ONE activity that you want to accomplish. You can even start a 30 day challenge for yourself where you decide to focus on 1 goal, idea, habit, activity, whatever you like.

But you have to promise yourself that you will get it done! 

1. Use my daily goal planner to write down the 1 goal you want to achieve

2. Write down what outcome you would like to achieve from this goal

3. Make sure you sign your goal sheet after you have completed your goal, as a sense of pride that you actually did it!

After this age, we have normalized life so much that we are unaware that there are some major barriers that are keeping us from achieving new levels of who we can be.
